Total rental time includes set up, event time, and breakdown/cleanup. Additional time is available: $400/hr event time and $200/hr support time. An additional fee applies to rentals past midnight.
Included in the rental fee is the use of the entire facility, including the grand ballroom and catering prep area, and are contingent upon acceptance of terms and conditions. Dressing room access is limited to certain events.
* Projection mapping is required for all weekend and holiday rentals.
**Garden rental without venue rental will not have access to Grand Ballroom.
